Frequently Asked Questions

    • No glass containers anywhere on club property — ever

    • No large inflatables or oversized floats in the pool; standard personal floats and pool toys for young children are fine

    • Alcoholic beverages are welcome on weekends, holidays, and weekdays after 4pm — in non-glass containers, consumed responsibly

    • All state alcohol laws apply; anyone visibly intoxicated will be asked to leave

    • No alcohol during swim meets per league rules

    • All members and guests are expected to maintain a safe, respectful environment for families and children

  • A few things to know before you book:

    • Events are open to dues-paying members in good standing — you'll need to be present for the whole event

    • Your guests are your responsibility: conduct, cleanup, and any damage

    • Courts are first-come, first-served during your event — they can't be reserved

    • All club rules apply to your guests

    • After-hours events require board approval and wrap by 10pm

    • Members must accompany their guests at all times

    • Family guests (grandparents, relatives, out-of-town visitors staying with you) are welcome as your guests without a seasonal limit — bring them anytime

    • Non-family / social guests (neighbors, friends, your kids' friends) are limited to 2 visits per season per guest

    • No more than 2 social guests or 1 social family unit per member household at a time

    • Houseguests staying in your home follow the family guest standard

    • Courts are available for occasional use with guests during off-peak hours; regular guest play is discouraged

    • Lessons, clinics, and tournaments involving non-members require advance board approval
